Do I need an account to order?
An email address is what you need to start the order process.
How do I receive CERO NINE email updates?

How do I make a purchase?
- Once you have found an item, select your size and use the 'ADD TO CART' button to see all payment option or click the PayPal button to proceed with Paypal.
- Review the items in your cart by selecting the ‘CART’ link at the top of the page.
- Fill in your contact information.
How to pay with In3?
Follow the next steps to pay in three installments.
Step 1:
Go to 'Checkout' and enter your details.
Step 2:
Select Pay.nl (not Paypal) and you will be redirected.
Step 3:
Click on in3 to pay. You make your first payment immediately and the order will be shipped. You make the second payment within 30 days and the third payment within 60 days.
What about the returns/refunds?
If your order is not satisfactory, you have 30 days from the date you received your order to exchange or return. Items must be returned to us unused with all labels still attached. Returns that do not have a tag, are used or don’t meet our policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer.
To return or exchange please follow these steps:
- Please fill in the return or inspection form correctly and send it to the address as mentioned.
- Your refund will be issued to the original payment method used to place the order or you’ll be send another item. Shipping costs are not refunded.
- All sales taxes are included in your refund if your order has been sent to a destination within the EU.
- Please note that it can take up to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your bank account.
What payment methods does CERO NINE accept?
We accept iDeal, Klarna (Afterpay), Visa, MasterCard and American Express cards. You can also choose to pay with PayPal. When selecting this option at checkout, you will be directed to the PayPal site to 'Log In' and review the amount shown before clicking 'Pay Now'. Once this transaction is complete, you will then return to CERO NINE.
Please note: we do not accept cash on delivery
Where is my order?
We aim to dispatch all orders within 48 hours. CERO NINE is not responsible for any delays caused by destination customs clearance processes. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive email confirmation of your shipping details and a tracking number.
Can I cancel my order?
Once the payment has been received by CERO NINE and your order has been processed, it will not be possible to cancel your order anymore. For further information on this matter please use the contact form on our website.
What is the standard delivery time?
The standard delivery time of our products varies from between two and five working days.
I ordered the wrong size. What can I do?
Fill in the return form and make clear that you want to exchange. Make sure the seal is unbroken, the shoes are unworn and the contents of the original packaging are complete.
My shoes are damaged/I have a complaint. What can I do?
If you bought your shoes at one of our retailers, please contact them to help you further on this matter. If you purchased your shoes on the our website, please contact us through our contact form and provide us with your order number.
If you have a complaint, please contact service@cero-nine.com. We aim to respond within five (5) working days.
